This is a low-carb, gluten-free alternative to pizza. Replace the meats and veggies with your favorite pizza toppings!
Ingredients
- 3 oz chicken
- 1 1/2 cups diced zucchini
- 3 tbsp pasta sauce
- 2 tbsp diced black olives*
- 2 tbsp mushrooms*
- 12 slices turkey pepperoni*
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp olive oil
*You can replace these or add your own favorite pizza toppings
Instructions
- Sautee chicken and zucchini until cooked
- Add other ingredients and heat through
- Top with cheese until melted and enjoy!
