Ingredients
- 2 pkg yeast
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup warm water
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in water and set aside.
- 4 cups flour- sifted
- 1 tsp salt
- Cut in 2 sticks of butter and mix in 2 egg yolks.
Instructions
- Add yeast mixture and mix.
- Turn onto floured board and knead five minutes.
- Divide dough in half.
- Make filling: 1 stick melted butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar,
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- Roll out each piece of dough and spread with filling.
- Roll up and place on baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
