Ingredients
- Serves 8
- 2 15 oz cans Pinto Beans, rinsed & drained
- 1 15oz Black Bean, rinsed
- 1 Large Yellow onion, chopped
- ½ c. Ketchup
- ¼ c. Brown Sugar
- ¼ c. Water
- 3-4 slices of cooked crumbled Bacon
- 1 TBS Smoked Paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- Pinch of cayenne
Instructions
- Combine in slow cooker – cook until the onion is fork tender. Approximately 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low
