This class is for the beginner or anyone looking to develop a strong practice. Proper alignment, breath awareness, posture and relaxation are taught. There will be something new each week. The 10 week session will cost $50, or you may choose to pay by the week at a $6 fee. Please bring a mat, towel, water and an open mind.
